This policy explains what information David's Tree Service (“we,” “us”) collects through davidstreeinc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
Our Free Estimate Request form asks for your name, phone number, email address (optional), your town, the service you need, a description of the tree, whether it is an emergency, and a photo if you choose to upload one.
Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to us by email so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as the pages viewed, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies. See “Cookies and your choices” below for when it runs and how to turn it off.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you interact with the page to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to operate and secure the site.
Embedded content
Some pages include Google Maps (to show our location). These services may set cookies and collect information about your visit when the content loads. Where our consent banner applies, maps are not loaded until you accept.
